Activities duties:
1. Closing the gates at 10.30 a.m.
2. Bringing the games trailer onto the activity area & setting up the required equipment.
3. Packing up at the end of the day.

Jumps duties:
1. Bringing the jumps trailer onto the arena & setting up the 2 areas for instruction.
2. Helping to pick up rails or move jumps during the lessons.
3. Packing up at the end of the day.

Flat duties:
1. Putting out the markers in the 2 flat areas.
2. Mowing the lawn around the clubrooms & toilets (mower & petrol provided)
3. Packing up at the end of the day.

Kitchen duties:

Families highlighted at the start of the roster are responsible for all the kitchen duties:

1. Supply an ice-cream container of coleslaw & plate of slice or cake for parents & instructors.
2. Report to kitchen at 9:30am to help with the making of rolls & general cleaning.
3. Serve food and drinks at lunchtime.
4. Help clean up at end of lunchtime.

The Families underlined are responsible for:

1. Cleaning the toilets at start and finish of day. Replenish toilet paper and try towels.
2. Cook BBQ (start at about 11.30am)
